About our equipment: Good Fitness custom remanufactures commercial fitness equipment to like new condition in our facility. New parts are provided to each unit along with factory specified paint/powder coat with the result being a machine that is nearly indistinguishible from a unit in appearance and performance yet cost less than half the original price. When we remanufacture a unit these are the some of the steps we take depending on the particular unit to ensure like new appearance and performance.
-Machines run through full diagnosis
-Machine stripped down to bare frame
-Frame Sandblasted as called for
-Frames painted/powder-coated as called for.
-New Bearings.
-New Drive Belt/s
-Elevation Motor Re-built or replaced
-Elevation brackets rebuilt or replaced
-New Ramp Covers
-New Wheels & Wheels Bearings
-New bushings
-Flywheels tested and checked and balanced for perfect performance.
-Electronics thoroughly diagnosed, repaired or replaced.
-Computer Console/Overlay is replaced.
-Shroud/s – repainted or replaced.
-Covers – Repainted or replaced
-Arm Covers – Repainted or replaced
-New handrail Grips.
-Alternators rebuilt or replaced.
-New Decals all round.
-End caps replaced.
-HR Grips are replaced
-Thorough testing through programs and manual modes.
Remanufactured machines carry six months on parts and labor warranty.
