Return Policy:Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. (Shipping excluded)
Commercial remanufactured fitness equipment and new weight machines may incur a 20% restocking or cancellation fee to cover cost in production undertaken.
Notes: Items should be returned in like new condition. Items such as books, videos, and gloves cannot be returned if they are opened and / or used.
Shipping:The buyer is charged actual shipping charges for the purchase. Charges quoted on the website are estimates and the actual charge may be higher or lower. If the actual charge will be higher, the buyer will be contacted to gain authority for the additional charges.
Credit Card Transactions:Upon completing checkout the buyer card is not automatically charged by GoodFitness.com. The card will be charged when the order is processed just prior to shipment. The exception is PayPal payments which are processed immediately at purchase. If the charges are innacurate you will be contacted to send the correct amount.
Errors:GoodFitness.com is not resposible for errors resulting in innacurate charges. For example if a $1500 item is charged $150 as a result of an error, the buyer will be contacted for authorization to charge the correct amount.
Delivery Times: The time for product delivery may vary. Many products such as remanufactured machines and new commercial machines are made to order and will be delivered upon completion. This may take several weeks. Many products we sell are available for immediate shipment. If an item is backordered or out of stock, the buyer will be contacted and told when the anticipated delivery will occur and whether asked whether we should continue to process the order.
